C’è bisogno di innovazione, di nuove idee. C’è bisogno di giocare in squadra. Ma da dove nasce l’innovazione? Come stimolare la creatività? E soprattutto come, in un momento di crisi è possibile riuscire a tenere insieme i gruppi di lavoro? Il metodo LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® nasce per il team building, la definizione di strategie e vision e per sviluppare le identità, sia dei team che degli individui. Il metodo è adottato nelle imprese, nelle organizzazioni pubbliche e private, dai gruppi di lavoro temporanei che si formano attorno a progetti specifici. Il Laboratorio TekneHub, della Piattaforma Costruzioni della Rete Alta Tecnologia dell’Emilia Romagna, invita le Imprese, i Centri di Ricerca, i Professionisti, le Organizzazioni a conoscere questo metodo attraverso il racconto di chi lo ha inventato (Robert Rasmussen, per la prima volta in Italia) ed i tanti che lo hanno utilizzato e sperimentato con successo.

Al termine della conferenza ci sarà la presentazione del concorso Vision 20|20 – Orientarsi negli spazi pubblici attraverso il colore  (vai al bando>>) aperto agli studenti delle Facoltà di Architettura e Design di corsi di studi quinquennali e triennali, di tutta Italia, e ai laureati in Architettura o in Design da non più di cinque anni (laureati dopo il 31 Dicembre 2007). Il concorso è patrocinato da EPSON Italia.

The serious game of understanding time|space|relationships

We need innovation and new ideas. We need team players. But where does innovation come from? How could we encurage creativity? And, most importantly, how can we capitalize on team work during the difficult times we live in? LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® method’s aim is team building, strategy and vision definition and both individual and team’s identities development. The method is employed by companies, by public and private organisations, by temporary teams focusing on specific projects.
TekneHub Lab, of the High Tecnology Network of the Emilia Romagna, invites Companies, Research Centres, Professionals, and Organisations to discover the method through the voice of those who invented it (Robert Rasmussen, first time in Italy) and the many stories of those who employed the method successfully.
